  1. Cortamos las flores del brócoli y lo ponemos a hervir en agua con 1 o 2 cucharaditas de sal. Lo sacamos y reservamos cuando esté cocinado pero aún no se deshaga, aproximadamente 6 minutitos.
  2. Mientras en otra sartén, tiramos la cebolla cortada pequeñita, con 2 cucharadas de aceite y 2 de agua. Mantenemos a fuego medio mientras se cocina.
  3. Mientras la cebolla se cocina, limpiamos y cortamos los champiñones...
  4. ... y cortamos la chistorra. Si no tenéis chistorra a mano, quedará bueno con cualquier tipo de chorizo al que podáis acceder. Serán unos 80 gramos.
  5. Cuando la cebolla esté tierna (o a vuestro gusto) tiramos la chistorra.
  6. Removemos durante 3 o 4 minutos, mientras el chorizo se fríe y suelta su aceite.
  7. A continuación tiramos los champiñones cortados y removemos bien para que todo se integre.
  8. Cuando toda el agua del champiñón se haya evaporado, tiramos otra cucharada de aceite, la cucharadita de ajo granulado y el tomate triturado. Removemos bien.
  9. 5 minutos después, cuando el tomate se haya reducido, tiramos el brócoli que antes habíamos reservado.
  10. Y lo integramos todo removiendo con cuidado, para que el brócoli no se deshaga mucho.
  11. Dejamos a fuego lento 5 minutos, removiendo se vez en cuando para que no se pegue.
  12. Y listo! Solo nos quedará tirar un poco de queso rallado, en mi caso parmesano, por encima! Y a disfrutar!😋
