  3. Cuando los champiñones estén casi hechos se incorporan las gulas y se saltean un par de minutos, se echan los langostinos troceados, una pizca de sal y se saltea de nuevo un minuto. Se aparta la sartén, retiramos las guindillas y se reserva.
  4. Cogemos los hojaldres y con un cuchillo de sierra los partimos a lo largo por la mitad, se coloca la mitad de abajo en el plato, se pone el salteado y se tapa con la otra parte del hojaldre. A disfrutar
